Leanne Woodward
Leanne has been in the sales industry
for the last 16 years and a licensed Realtor with Prudential
Sussex Realty since 2005. Her extensive training in
sales from previous employers in the corporate world
has helped Leanne hit record sales in every company
she has worked for.
After purchasing her own home in North
Vancouver six years ago and learning about real estate
she decided to become a Realtor to help other young
families find their first home. After her first year
in the real estate business, Leanne achieved an award
for being one of the Top Producers in Prudential Sussex
Realty.
Leanne has resided in North Vancouver
with her husband Martin Woodward for the past 15 years.
The Woodward's have a 3-year-old son Dylan, who they
enjoy taking to the local parks and socializing with
other young families.

Grant has been a licensed Realtor with
Prudential Sussex Realty for the past 18 years.
He is recognized as one of the top

Grant has lived all his life on the
North Shore; he grew up in West Vancouver and now lives
in Lower Lonsdale on Ottawa Gardens with his wife of
32 years and his two daughters.
Grant has a business background in
sales and has served for 16 years as a Commissioner
for the City of North Vancouver Planning Commission
and as Chairman of the North Vancouver Heritage Commission.
Grant's favorite sports are skiing, hiking and windsurfing.
He is an avid traveler with his wife and daughters and
enjoys exploring world heritage sites.
